West Wing / West Hall
 In arriving at all capacity figures, no allowance was made for items such as stage, dance floor, food, and bar areas. Since set-ups and requirements will vary from event to event, maximum occupant loads would be less than stated. The capacity figures provided are meant to merely serve as guidelines. All set-ups and capacities will require prior approval from the State Fire Marshall.

Floor Load of the West Wing and West Halls A and B is unlimited.
All capacities are maximum occupant loads. Event set-ups and requirements such as staging, food & beverage stations and dance floors will decrease capacities.
Overhead Doors
Three overhead doors allow access to the West Wing, one at 12' high by 16' wide (W-1) and two entrances at 12' high by 14' wide (W-2 & W-3). Three overhed doors in the West Hall also allow access with two doors at 13' 5" high by 16' wide (W-8 & W-9) and one at 12' high by 10' wide (W-7 with 3 doors). A fouth overhead door is located inside to allow access between the West Wing and West Hall with dimensions of 12' 6" high by 8' 4" wide (W-6).
